Not only is this posting not "on topic", but in my opinion you are being over sensitive. I am a lawyer and a cyclist who has been hit and represents riders who have been hit by cars.
Just don't watch Leno anymore if you think he is somehow advocating assault, and I fully support Leno's and Leary's right to free speech.

any yall happen to watch the tonite show last nite?
well once more
this time jay leno brought us
the laugh when you run over a cyclist trick
dennis leary was the guest
it was not a rerun
as they mentioned the anniversary of 9/11
dennis was talking of pet peeves
and mentioned guys in tight lycra shorts getting in his way
(and some more crude remarks i wont repeat here)
jay chimed in with the same
then made the comment
that he honked lightly n politely
then ran him over
the audience laughed
i did not
let nbc
and the tonite show producers know how you feel about this
