Yes not so much.

I am sure a cookie cutter approach works for some but just because

our experiences are different than yours doesn't make them less real.

Since we are not talking about your money or character, please listen to two sides.

I am relatively new to the list so I don't have a core group to come out and pounce

on you but I am far from a lightweight, spending thousands of dollars without a

problem or being "the problem" as you most eloquently put it; just ask Anthony,

Lou, Larry, Mark, Adam, or Harvey to name a few. Yea it is true new blood spends

lots while keeping them in the family or at least in loving hands. But sellers with

even a few documented bad transactions should be encouraged by their loyal following

to make good.

The post earlier from Matteo about buyer(s) with a "problem" yes I am one, 45

days and counting on a headset. For a build I am doing for my brother who was a

hit and run in July, I posted it here.

In Matteos post he mentions buyer(s) who opened claims against him due to

transactions that were bad. In my transaction no potential options have been

suggested or implied other than tough turkey. Maybe because I am a no body,

who cares if I leave; no tracer has been filed for the item, no claim as it was

registered and insured, no or rare communication except when I cc'd Dale,

no option for an alternative item, no apology, or refund of money, all in 45 days.

The site rules don't exactly support this type of a transaction where it talks about sales.

He has however had time to post here and send me insulting email. If you have

any questions to the authenticity of my comments please ask Dale to respond

as he has seen most all of the documentation. Buyers will beware of the CR list if sellers

do business in this manner. Sell inside your tight knit core group and never sell

to new blood, this isn't about you. Sell to new people like me sooner or latter

if you continue to applaud bad behavior it will be the end of a good thing.
