The Rewell Romany name was used by the British Rewell manufacturer for their touring model.
It was sold at least by the Freewheel shops and their mailorder unit in the eighties. It is described and pictured in my 1985 Freewheel catalog and looks like a nice touring frame with Reynolds 531 double butted tubing in every part of the frame. Joints where low-temperature hand brazed.
The frame only sold fo £179.35 and complete bikes with mudguards for £369.50 and £537.50.
A great frame built in the best British touring tradition! I whish I had bought one but even £179 was a lot of money back then.
If someone wants scans from the catalog pages, just let me know.
