This frame was set up in the Spence Wolf style but from Shaw's Lightweight Cycles in CA.
TA Cranks, Rally rear. Tied and soldered spokes on a 40 hole Phil hub with Super Champion rims and some other interesting period features like a Blackburn front rack and Bleumels mudguards.
