Looking through my email archives I discovered that the threading of the seat binder on my 1972 Raleigh Pro is 1/4-28 UNF. Hope this helps. I beleive I still have some around. I can even modify it to fit more nicely. I reduced the head diameter on mine to fit the counter-sink and reduced the length so it fits flush on the threaded ear. Stainless steel, of course.
