can anyone with direct experience with the jubilee front derailleur tell me what i can expect it to be happy with in terms of the number of teeth difference between front chainrings? i'm considering a 52/40 up front, but if the FD can handle a bigger jump, i might go with an even smaller inner ring.
add'l info: probably a 24T max in the rear, a jubilee rear derailleur, and a '70s chain.
