John, I this there is another "raised" pedal hole crankset. This could be the third one but not STRADA (road spec. 2 or three chain ring mounting) but PISTA. All those raised hole ones are 151 BCD for sure. The 144 BCD came out as NR in late 1960's (68-69?).

If you do not see "ridge" on spider arms for the second ring, it is possible a PISTA set from as late as 1976. These are 151 BCD and take 1/8" ring.

Also these are finished as dull hard anodized surface while older ones are not.
