Ray, these guys are all loopy... I did some enhancement of the chainstay in Photoshop and it clearly says "Brev. Masi"

Just for fun, I thought I'd share some of the more creative readings of th e decals, which I received off-list:
- EAT MIA DUSTO!!!
- I think it's grease from when the mechanic dropped the chain on the sta y. :)~ Maybe it says "wipe me".
