Subject: [CR]Ideale saddle repair possibilities?

I have an Ideale saddle which has lost all of its leather:

I'd be grateful for any advice about the possibility of repairing it.

I do have some other Ideale saddles - which don't have the sought-after Duralumin frame - and wondered whether it would be possible to do a leather transplant. Or would anybody be able to make a replacement leather?

Thanks,
