I've done business with them, and their product descriptions are accurate and detailed. Their prices are reasonable. For example I recently bought a Cinelli stem they described as "not quite" up to their NOS standard and reduced the price. When I received it, I found it was up to my NOS standard. And I'm picky. I have no relationship with them other than being a satisfied customer, and I would highly recommend them.
