Im offering for sale here some sweet memories from the late 70s. My cycling 'career' started by touring England, from youth hostel to b&b, mostly up north. I used these bags: the Karrimor saddlebag, with a nice aluminum thingie so I could use it with the Cinelli saddle on my bike, which has no loops, as we all know. The Karrimor has two sidepockets, and a zipper in the flap. The handlebar bag is a Carradice and is a simple proposition, just a one-pocket bag, with a plastic thing on the flap for a map. It comes with a support, so it doesn't swing around too much when riding. Some more details: the Karrimor has some wear marks, and one of the loops is missing. The Carradice is just showing its age. I bought both these bags in 77 or 78, in London , and hung on my Mercian Routier. There's just lying around here (for almost 30 years now!), maybe someone else is inclined to go touring without too much luggage!
