I think any aluminum alloy cogged FWs will be comparably light and impractical for daily use. As for chains, the Regina hollow pin superlight was light but in my experience completely practical as well. There were a couple of Ti chains, Viking is one name I remember. I don't think they were ever practical or made in any real numbers though, basically just gimmick/novelty items.
