Columbus KL, like Columbus Record, had a recommended max. rider weight of 125 pounds. For SL and SLX, it was 150 pounds, and 200 for SP. Obviously, these limits weren't always observed! KL main tubes were 0.7/0.5/0.7 mm of wall thickness. Published tubeset weight was 1670 grams (vs. 1925 for SL, 1959 for SLX, and 2295 for SP). Greg 'like, totally tubular' Parker
