Actually it is the region in Italy which includes Naples and the Amalfi coast(and Mt Vesuvius) I recall it was the first Japanese brand my Dad sold at his shop (1970?) and were pretty respectable bikes (IMHO) that featured alloy cranks even on base line bikes. I think they were built by Fuji and the top of the line bike even had the round section forks and chrome panels which were Fuji Pro features. Anyone know what ever happended to LLOYD DOCTOR who was the importer?
