Just for the record: Looking at these headsets when they first came out,? I assumed like many others that this unique headset tool was essential for these headsets... I later learned that is not the case. Any 32 mm head set tool will work, the tool makes plenty of contact on the outside edges of the headset, more than enough contact to proper adjust them. Of course the proprietary Shimano tool makes more complete contact but it isn't absolutely necessary...
