Interesting... I had never picked up on the World's Championship stripe in his decals. Anyone know who road a Ron Cooper to a World's Championship medal?

Just received this Ron Cooper frame from a CR list member. He is not the eBay seller, but bought it locally, then resold to me.
I have a Cooper built-new Bates, but have been wanting a Cooper-branded frame. The only thing about this was the rather bland white color. But when I received it I found that it is actually very unique pearl white/pearl gray fade. Very subtle, impossible to do justice to in a photo. Did Ron Cooper paint his own frames? If not, who might have done this paint job?
