Maybe this is belaboring the topic (!) but a slight variance in the order of the rainbow stripes has long been a way, for those wanting the stylistic look yet having not legitimately earning them, to skirt the literal "World's stripes", yet look the part. It has been done many times and it is debatable whether it's a tasteful practice or not.

Despite some comments on this forum to the contrary, it has always been seen by the racing cognoscenti as crass and in extremely bad taste to use the actual rainbow stripes on a bike or a garment when the builder or rider did not earn them. It's not a rule or edict but rather a convention, like most things considered good manners...
