In germany we even have a law protecting the olympian rings, symbols and even the terms oympic games etc. You get sued when you use those rings or call a childrens event "Kinder Olympiade" (Kid's olympic games). Although the law is considered unconstitutional by some fellow lawyers for being a single case law, you better not mess with the almighty national olympic commitee. To give this message some on topic content: for decades you could order olympic ring stickers for bikes from germany's biggest race bike mailorder house Brügelmann. I did a couple of times order them to beef up my low line bikes. I never got sued - lucky me I guess.....
