They are 8 mm bolts.

Mark, I can't tell you the specific size, but the correct binder bolt is Campagnolo. There's a seller on on eBay that constantly lists them NOS for a $19.95 buy-it-now price. He says it fits a Masi, Colnago, etc. Here's the link:
