I would be interested in list members thoughts as well. I started to hear a squeak and I thought I had finally cracked my daily rider somewhere in the bb, or rear triangle. So, I bought another bike put my Ideale 39 and clipless pedals (eek, gasp) and still heard the noise. I put some nice on topic Mavic pedals and still had the noise. It turns out my saddle squeaks. I am going to carefully q-tip (are these on topic?) a little grease to wear the tensioner joins the rails. I will post on any success, but in the meantime I second the call for wit, wisdom and general discussion on squeaky saddles.
