Dale, strange!! I had just bought a pack of #31's from Lowe's yesterday be fore I wrote this request to the list!! After I tried to stretch them on I figured they were just a bit too small. But after your post I tried them again with a little stretching and YES they fit and look PERFECT. Pack of 10 for about a buck-fifty, what a deal. Thank you for the tip, I almost th rew them out!
