Again I've been contacted by a person who has a very nice Hetchins for
sale. I think I'll have to pass on it, even though the size is perfect,
because I'm rapidly getting over-bicycled. (Is that possible? Yeah,

The bike is an early Magnum Opus Phase II, from the early 1950s. It was repainted at Hetchins in the mid 80s and outfitted with more modern components, mostly C-Record.
The seller intends to auction it, but I suspect he'd be open to an offer. The bike is currently in Spain, so, alas, you're into a significant shipping fee if you buy it.
