I have, via Dave Martinez, a frameset with fishmouth lugs that could be of Italian manufacture, circa 1950s. Now, it has black enamel with white double-box pinstripes, and a painted labeling stating that it was refinished by V.T. Braysher of England. Somewhere in the archive or elsewhere in private emails I learned he was a North London builder, Walthamstow perhaps. And the V may or may not be "Vic" -- which is really no help at all!

Besides which, it's not a Braysher frame in the first place and does nothing to inform as to the lugwork you're asking after.

Just realized how much typing I've done to say, "Walthamstow." And "V.T. before the Braysher."
