It looks like a mid to late '30's bike. It's got an American Messinger or Persons saddle I think and a late '30's Schwinn Deluxe reversable stem on the bars. Those came on many Schwinn spring fork cruisers and some of the better liteweight models. Seems to have Fairbanks-Boston V-shape rims, can't ID the hubs. Is the crank and chainwheel one piece or does the unit have 5 bolts for changing chainrings? Is it one side fixed, one freewheel? Just a quick estimate. Nice old iron, I like those for how they were used
and enjoyed.
