Will all those who have reserved rooms at the Best Western Leesburg Hotel for the Cirque, please contact me off-list. We are compiling a verification and back-up list for the hotel to make sure no reservations were lost during their recent upgrade of their reservation system. Reservation number and type of room would be valuable, but not necessary. Just need name and email address. We and the hotel both want to make sure that there are no problems when people show up in June (a few of you remember that-type problem in Greensboro). They have a back-up file, so this is sort of a triple-check just to be certain.
