The SLX decal is a later addition; Columbus SLX tubing didn't exist when that frame was made. The "58TSI" marking on the shell does in fact indicate that this frame used one of shells Tim Isaac designed for Trek and is consistent with a 1983 frame. The 58 represents the nominal frame size for which the shell was designed. IIRC there were only 3 sizes made: 54 for 52cm and 54cm frames, 58 for 56-58cm frames, and 60 for 60-62cm frames. The seat lugs have similar markings on the inside of the seat stay sockets.

If the frame has Campy 1010B dropouts (as opposed to 1010 dropouts with eyelets or double eyelets) you have either a 770 frame (Reynolds 531) or 970 frame (Columbus SL for sizes up to 58cm, or SP for sizes larger than 58cm). The fact that the SLX sticker is there makes it difficult to say what the tubing actually might be. Columbus steer tubes have the dove logo stamped into them which makes it easy to identify, but it appears you don't have the original fork.

But it's a nice frame! I worked on a lot of those when I was at Trek.
