[CR]Enik on German eBay, help?

I found this frame and fork on German eBay,

and need a bit of help from our German friends on the list.

Will the seller ship to the US or is anyone close enough to pick it up and ship it. And is anyone interested in the frame itself, as what I really need is the fork. This is the best match to my old fork I've seen yet and the details to the frame match mine perfectly.
