Only one?? Well, it may not be the one I would want to keep, but it would be the most useful "one bike" to have.... the Bridgestone Stainless frame single speed conversion. Easiest to maintain... Commutes well... Does flatish road rides well.. (no need for hills to get a workout) Fits in the back of a Datsun 280Z. Not KOF but in a practical world....... I've lived in about a half-dozen places and its the only one I've had with me in all of them.

Here's an interesting question:

If you could keep only one bike to ride from your current stable, no matter how grand or humble that stable may be, which bike would it be, and why?
