Sorry, I see it now. It's the little silver half/cup thing in the blow-up of the first pix, just to the right of the smaller freewheel. It's for the front attaching nut. Think it's to lock-out the front wheel against the dropout.

Looks like a good deal for someone who appreciates these things (although I expect it to for more).
