Regarding the comment "...Not sure if I would call a full 531 bike ..."
That Raleigh Grand Sport's seat tube decal states the frame tubing is 531 (and of course the forks have 531 decals), so the chain and seat stays are not Reynolds 531? This isn't then a full 531 bike?
