Looks like the touring version of the UO-8, probably had a slightly different model designation, maybe UO-16 or such like. The decals are early 70's.

Here's my story.

Last Tuesday was the "Junk Day" for my neighbourhood, and so I naturally we nt out looking for something to fix up. And just up the street, under some carpet, was an old Peugeot. It's a road bike, with mud guards, rack and full headlight set. Apart from missing the tires, the rear derailleur, and the air pump these bikes carrie d, it was in perfect working order.

I'm wondering what year and what model bike this is. Any info would be grea tly appreciated.
