There was some discussion recently about the double sided chainset bike that Jocelyn Lovell used in the kilometre before it was apparently banned.
Over the last few days I was taking a last look through some 30 years worth of old cycling magazines before consigning them to the recycle bin (no room for them since I moved into a condo) and found a short article in a 1984 issue of International Cycle Sport about Jocelyn's tragic accident that ended his career with an accompanying photo of him on this bike, you can clearly see the two chainsets.
