With 'true' track frames, the BB height can be 2-3 cm higher--so, achieving a comparable fit to 56 would require a marginally smaller track frame. You will also find that due to the relative increase in seat tube and head tube angles, assessing top tube length is of greater concern. My guess is that a 54x54 track iron would fit you well..........
