Mariusz,
Vicini bikes come from Cesena in Italy. The brand is still around and,
like Olmo, Atala or Bianchi, supplies bikes throughout the range, kids
bikes, city bikes, up to top recing bikes. They were for some reason
quite common in the south of germany, where your nice clean example
comes from, too (not the traders sticker from Bayreuth).
