Check eBay (as always...), as I think I have seen those dustcaps there recently, iirc.
Not sure about the (Vitus?) tubing decal, but even those do show up occasionally on eBay.

I search for an Durifort 888 sticker and Stronglight dust caps (23,35 diameter). Would prefer NOS in this case as shipping costs are high, to high for used ones with wear. :)
