Dear Sean. I have seen allot of stems in my time, and all the wedges looke d alike. Have you tried a generic wedge? Often many companies will buy th e same small item from one factory, so they are often all the same. If tha t doesn't work, you may consider cutting the stem at an angle, and then usi ng a standardized angled wedge. it won't be original equipment, but it wil l work. Let us know how it turns out.
