Catalogues on bulgier.net do not specify type of Stronglight crank and I sure can't tell the difference between the various Stronglights.
Crank in question looks like crank in the 1974 and 1975 Raleigh catalogues on bulgier.net. Alloy; five pin; BCD = ? between 110 and 130 (my chart doesn't plot between these). C-C adjacent chain ring bolt holes is approx. 73mm.
Is this a Stronglight 93 ?
