I have a Faema-colors late-60s or early 70s Pogliaghi road bike, restored by Brian Baylis (new paint, original graphics were retained, chromed crown and dropouts, it looks fantastic), period-correct Campagnolo group, 58cm c-t, that I would like to trade for a similar vintage Pogliaghi in a 56cm c-t. The reason that date of my Pogliaghi is uncertain is that the serial number on the seat-lug was mis-struck, and the first digit is either a *9* or an *8*...tough to tell which. Kinda looks like a *3* right now, but it is definitely not a 3. It's in the style of bikes commonly seen with low 9000 serial numbers.

I'd prefer an original-finish 56cm bike, but I'd consider a good restoration in trade. I'm interested only in a trade for another Pogliaghi of the same sort. Frame and fork only also considered. Mine has one of the earlier graphics packages with the globe-logo bands on the dt, and the foil badges on the head-tube and seat-tube. I love the ride of the one I have, it's just a tad big for me. But, in the manner of these earlier italian road bikes, it's a great ride nonetheless.

If you have one to trade, let me know and we can trade some pics.
