I have a pair of those. They're stamped "FIAMME ITALY" (stacked) just to the right of the red label, which is just to the right of the joint. They're nicely grommeted. Mine show considerable shop wear but no brake tracks, so you're probably right about them being track specific. That was my plan anyway. But thanks for setting a value on them for me. (Wow!)

PS: I have a couple of, actually three, wheelsets built up with Nisi Laser rims with side walls angled even more than the Fiammes and they work fine with brakes. Actually improving as the brakes wear to match the angle.
