Now Mauro Simonetti's Sammontana team Masi is up on ebay as a frameset.
There is a reserve of course .
This complete bike didnt sell at 4k a week or so ago complete . A high number yes but how many of these actual Sammontana team bikes exist or did exist.

The last Sammontana frame set I saw hit ebay looked like it had been in a head on, had horrible paint and no claims or numbers other than being a "Sammontana colored" frameset and still went for about $1300 .
There is a buy it now for the frame/fork/BB/headset Fischer fork crown and its in amazing condition
There is a screenshot of the emails from Alberto Masi stating that the bike was built by him for Mauro Simonetti .
Fork steerer is stamped 3-73
