While I guess it is nice that they are offering a steel "KOFish" bike at all, to my eyes it is quite ugly for all that. As Nick March noted, the lugs look to be of the gas pipe variety. The "satin" finish on the non-carbon components makes chrome look cheap (which it probably is), while the chrome makes those satin bits look dull (see for instance the headtube photo). To say nothing about those black carbon bits :) How much more beautiful is the 60s Bianchi Competizione that someone posted yesterday:
