Call me a sucker for shiny objects but I love the fact that many of these new frames have a lot of chrome. Chrome lugs, crown and ends scream STEEL in a proud extroverted way that paint alone never can. One glance and you know it isn't CFRP, Ti or Al, and for me those materials never in practice can equal the aesthetic of a fine steel frame. The highlighted lugs and frame parts can just slam dunk it home.
