Hi all -- Does anyone know of a current source for a cotter pin release tool? A Park CR-2 (?) or similar for removing (and some use to install) is what I'm thinking of.
google search wasn't much help and calls/email to s few shops regionally and from online search weren't very successful.
It's not one of the tools I'd use every day, but I've cleaned & re-done enough old cranks with a variety of extemporised tricks that I figured I'd see if I could get the right tool for the job... Not getting it quite right and whacking a crank or my thumb trying to remove a really stubborn pin is no way to start a Saturday workshop session. ;-)
