I saw a practically new 1963 Frejus track bike at Tommy Avenia Cycles (then in operation in Rockland County and run by his daughter Alice) a number of years ago that was painted in that light blue color*. There is also a pho to of a similar frameset in that color on the Frejus page of Classic Rendez vous. Also, I have some original invoices/order sheets from Avenia's shop (on F rejus letterhead and in Italian!) dated 1960, with size, model and colo r info. Among the colors listed is "blue", but I have no way of confirmi ng whether or not this means the pearlized blue or the royal blue found on many 70's road bikes.
