I used to know but don't remember. In any event, they were made by Dia-Compe and also sold as the Dia-Compe BRS-500. Google that and maybe something will turn up. Seems to me that Yellow Jersey is an expert on Dia-Compe brakes and would know. These brakes have my vote as just about the most beautiful ever made. They have thrust bearings between the brake arms, and a really ingenious construction.
