Subject: [CR]ID: Mystery 1970s? brake lever

Can someone please ID this brake lever. The blade shape is exceedingly close to the second version of the first gen Campy brake lever, from the early 1970s. There are no markings at all, except for on the clamp bolt, labeled "LOBO BB"? Bob F. says Lobo is a German bolt manufacturing company, but I don't know if their location might be indicative of the lever's country of origin? The bolt and nut match those on the other lever. Campy gum hoods are NOT an exemplary fit.
