Matthew and Marc,
It's probably a Masi Special track bike from the early 60's, just from a quick glance. If the BB shell is Italian threads, it's probably a Masi. If the threads are English, it could be any number of British bikes up thru the 70's. Just my guess from a quick look.

Aside from the decals, not much (if anything) about this bike says "Coln a go" to me. Too many details are incongruous... I might even guess it's a B ritish bike. Can't wait to see how The Gang weighs in!
