[CR]Bottecchia with Suntour/Modolo on ebay

Came across this curious Bottecchia on ebay (not mine).

Just curious about the build. I've heard a bit here and there about Suntour Olé, but not much really? And how does Modolo fit in? From the levers it's obvious that they are modolo, but the Olé logo is the same

on the Suntour Branded parts.

Where did Olé fit into the lineup and how did modolo play a part?
