I appears to be the same/highly similar to the hs on my Villa "Competizione" model road bike. I thought the hs was an Ofmega. The Villa has not been identified for approx. build date but I am supposing mid to late 1970 for reason of Columbus SL/SLX tubing (Is that a reasonable time period for the tubing ?).
'Twould be nice to have the hs positively I.D.'d.

By the way, I have uploaded some photos of my new projects: 70's Tanguy, and 1960 Ideor Asso Olimpic. I will also be adding the final photos of the '78 Colnago Super this evening.
