I've noticed quite a few inconsistencies between your bike and the bikes used by Hugo Koblet during the 1951 Tour de France:
Note the different headbadge shown on Koblet's 1951 TdF winner in this

This bike has cable stops for the rear derailleur cable - on Koblet's
1951 TdF bikes the cables had full-length housings which were taped to
the frame. See:

Koblet's bike for the 1951 TdF had Universal brake levers with gum
hoods. In fact, most of the riders in the 1951 TdF used gum hoods. See:

Koblet's 1951 Tour de France bikes were equipped with Universal "Extra"
brake calipers. See:

Note also the different shape of the fork crown in this picture:

Koblet's 1951 TdF bikes were equipped with Campagnolo Gran Sport front
derailleurs with the bolt on the top of the chain carrier. This is a
Valentino from the 1960/1970s. See:

Most important of all, Koblet's 1951 TdF bikes had long Campagnolo
toothed dropouts as used with cambio Corsa and cambio Paris-Roubaix
derailleurs.
